Anh is a skilled software engineer with more than 15 years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft technologies. An exceptional problem solver with strong programming ability, she is adept at designing and developing .NET applications, Business Intelligence, and MicroStrategy solutions for the web and iPad.

A proficient system architect with extensive UI-development experience and strong knowledge of web usability, Anh holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Science from the University of North Florida and is a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD).

Dharma ensures the availability of high-quality software-development talent in support of our clients and the planned business growth of Agile Tech. He has over 15 years of experience designing, developing, and testing applications using .NET technologies and Oracle/SQL Server.

He has led teams of developers for several years, including at Bank of America, and has worked with major global financial firms such as Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, and Credit Suisse. Dharma holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

A technology and strategy executive with over 20 years of experience driving business transformation, governance, and operational excellence across federal, state, and private sectors, Lica aligns technology, compliance, and risk management with business objectives to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.

She is recognized for building high-performance teams, leading complex digital transformations, and delivering multi-million-dollar revenue expansion. Lica holds an MS in IT Management & Data Analytics and is a certified PMP, ITIL, and AWS Cloud Practitioner with an active DoD Secret security clearance.
